The problem

You're flying the campaign without instruments.

  • 01

You find out an IP is burned after the campaign, not before.

  • 02

Open and click rates are inflated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection and security scanners, so you can't tell who is really engaged.

  • 03

Reputation and list quality live in two different tools, owned by two different people.

IP Monitoring

Air Traffic Control for your sending fleet

Every IP gets a 0–100 reputation score blended from five weighted factors.

  • Excellent ≥80
  • Good ≥60
  • Warning ≥40
  • Poor ≥20
  • Critical <20
  • Fleet view with a 24-hour or 7-day window
  • Per-IP detail with hourly trend and top recipient domains
  • Cluster analysis that groups IPs with similar failure patterns so you fix the cause once, not twelve times
  • Alerts when an IP crosses a status band
  • AI-written fleet summaries and recommendations that explain what changed and what to do

How it works

From approach to clearance in four steps

Read-only access. Scoring runs on your own data, inside your environment.

  1. STEP 1

    Connect

Connect, read-only, to your sending platform's delivery data and recipient history.

  2. STEP 2

    Scan

C2S scans continuously and scores every IP and every recipient.

  3. STEP 3

    Brief

Alerts, clusters, and AI briefings tell you what changed and why.

  4. STEP 4

    Clear

Build and export the list you're clear to send to.

Deployment and security

Runs next to your data. Stays there.

C2S ships as compiled Docker images and runs on your own server or cloud account, in your VPC, next to your data.

  • Your data never leaves your environment
  • Read-only connections to source systems
  • Role-based access (viewer, analyst, admin)
  • Every API call authenticated
  • Delivered through a private release channel with checksummed artifacts
  • Optional AI features can be disabled

Who it's for

Built for the people who own the send button

ESPs and sending platforms

Protect shared IP pools and show customers their health.

Agencies

Prove list quality before a send.

High-volume brands

Stop burning IPs on cold segments.

FAQ

Questions from the tower

Which sending platforms do you connect to?

C2S is adapter-based. It was built first for PureCast/PureDelivery-style stacks (Postgres + OpenSearch); additional sources connect via adapters.

Does any email content leave our network?

No.

How often does it scan?

IP reputation every 10 minutes; list scoring on demand or on a schedule.

Do we need a data science team for the ML model?

No — one click to train, and performance stats are shown.

Can we restrict who sees what?

Yes, via roles.

How is it delivered and updated?

Versioned releases, docker compose, upgrade in minutes.
